Fast Intense Training

 

 

Specialized 60 minute training sessions - This is an overall conditioning program designed to dramatically increase strength and endurance of any fitness level.  These workouts are efficient because you will work your entire body—heart and muscles—by going from one exercise to another with no rest.  The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups & jumping jacks; plyometrics like box jumps & jumping rope.

 

In these specialized workouts, your challenge is to take your body to its limit.  You work, you sweat, you burn calories and you get RESULTS.

 

You never get bored because each exercise is different and the unique workouts can be as challenging as you want them to be.

 

These are full body workouts that encompass core, cardio, agility, and muscle building stations.
